-1 small C& B ceramic burner bowl
-3 oz of burner gravel
-1 roll of charcoal discs
-1 container of Millenheirs Holy Blend Incense Blend

Instructions: Place your bowl on a heat safe surface and fill it 2/3 of the way with gravel. Place a charcoal disc atop of the gravel and light the side of the charcoal disc (Do not touch. Disc will become VERY hot!). Wait 2 minutes until the disc begins to burn. Place a pinch (1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon) of the incense on top of the burning charcoal. Meditate. Declare. Speak your intentions.
